Reliance Invests US$12mm in Colorado Based Wavetech Helium

Reliance Industries, a major Indian conglomerate with a market capitalisation of ~US$250bn, has made a strategic entry into the helium sector acquiring a 21% stake in Wavetech Helium, a US helium private E&P company, for US$12mm (implied equity value of $57mm).
