RaySearch and QST Advance Helium Ion Beam Therapy

RaySearch Laboratories, medical technology company, and partner QST (National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology) in Chiba, Japan, have taken a significant step forward with QST's acquisition of the RayStation® treatment planning system for clinical use in ion beam therapy. This move, valued at JPY 265mm, builds on a longstanding partnership aimed at enhancing ion beam therapy through innovations which involves treatment from helium ions.
