Quantum Helium Issues Shares to Preserve Cash

Quantum Helium will issue 338mm shares at 0.0243p (~13% discount to the previous close) each to service providers in lieu of cash remuneration. The move aims to conserve cash while maintaining progress across the company’s helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon projects in the US.
