Pulsar entered a contract with Capstar Drilling for drilling services at the Topaz helium project in Minnesota, USA. Capstar will use rig #314 to drill an appraisal well, Jetstream #1, scheduled to begin in December 2023. The well will reach a TD of 2,200ft and Pulsar will employ gas composition measurements, including helium concentration, and logging for evaluation. Necessary permits are in place, and preliminary civil works have been conducted.
