Pulsar Helium Mobilises Drill Rig at Topaz Project and Files US$50mm Shelf Prospectus

Pulsar Helium announced two developments: the company mobilised its drill rig and ancillary equipment to the Topaz Project in Minnesota, with drilling of the Jetstream #3 well scheduled to begin imminently and Pulsar filed a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus, allowing the company to issue up to US$50mm in securities.
