Pulsar Helium successfully concluded its IPO, issuing 10.3mm units at C$0.30/unit for total gross proceeds of $3.09mm. Each unit comprises a common share and a warrant. The company's shares are now listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol "PLSR". Pulsar has two prospective assets - the Topaz and the Tunu projects. Topaz in Minnesota is planned to be drilled in Q4’23 and is estimated to hold one of the highest helium concentrations in the world. In an interview with Zak Mir, Thomas Abraham-Jones, President & CEO of Pulsar, discusses the prospects for the company as a primary helium producer.
