In a letter from the US BLM facility, storage contract holders were informed about proposed amendments to their FY 2022-2027 storage contracts in preparation for the sale of the Federal Helium System. The amendments reflect the sale of the system as two separate lots instead of one. The purchaser of Helium Lot #1 will require a distinct storage contract, while the Real Property Purchaser (Helium Lot #2) will agree to similar conditions. The amendments address helium delivery rights and fees, redefine Secondary Private Helium, and reduce transportation and storage fees.
