Gazprom Helium Service has increased its logistics capabilities by adding 29 domestically produced container semi-trailers to its fleet, increasing the total to 103. These new semi-trailers are designed to support the transportation of liquefied natural gas and liquid helium and are capable of transporting loads up to 44 tons of gas (~10mmcf of helium). The equipment was manufactured in collaboration with the Russian machine-building plant Tonar. This may be as Gazprom looks to send more helium over land to China given sanctions from western countries.
