Predator Oil & Gas is exploring the potential for helium in its Guercif Licence in Morocco, particularly in the MOU-5 well. The company discovered helium traces in a gas sample from the MOU-3 well, prompting plans to test for helium in the upcoming MOU-4 and MOU-5 drilling programmes. These tests, alongside the gas exploration aimed at the Moroccan gas-to-power market, could add significant value if helium is confirmed. Predator's efforts include detailed independent reviews and multispectral satellite spectroscopy to assess the area's helium potential. There has been no previous helium exploration in Morocco.
