Noble Helium received approval from the Tanzania Mining Commission and signed a low-cost drilling contract with BoreXpert Limited (a Tanzanian company) for its shallow appraisal program in the North Rukwa basin. Noble recently upgraded its unrisked prospective helium resource to 18bcf at this project. BoreXpert will begin operations within 30 days, keeping the programme on track for completion this dry season. The company also released its annual report for FY'24 for the year ending(YE Jun'24) highlighting its operational results through the year. The company ended with a net loss of A$5mm, cash position of A$2.2mm, and total assets of A$51mm.
