A new natural hydrogen company, Serpentine Energy, is capitalising on its strategic positioning in Kansas, a recognised hub for geological hydrogen and helium. With community support and investments from landowners, Serpentine has secured acreage in Kansas, offering a cost-effective investment opportunity amidst a competitive field with at least four other explorers in the region including HyTerra, Koloma, Natural Hydrogen Energy, and Hethos (Beam Earth). Its backers include Natural Hydrogen Ventures, major shareholders from ASX-listed Gold Hydrogen and a NASDAQ-listed clean energy company.
