New Era Helium Delays Plant Start-up to Q4’25

New Era Helium (NEH) provided an update on its facility at the Pecos Slope Plant, with a delayed target for completion and plant operations of Q4'25 as it finalises negotiations with its midstream gatherer and processor, IACX. NEH’s goal is to have the plant operational and project financing secured within the next 90 days. Under current contracts, NEH does not keep the revenue from helium processed by IACX. NEH remains optimistic that a resolution can be reached to enable access to its existing helium production. With new management at IACX, this might present opportunities for NEH.
