Naughty Ventures, a Canadian mineral explorer, agreed to sell its full portfolio of natural hydrogen exploration assets in Ontario and Quebec to Rev Exploration under a mineral property purchase agreement dated 26 November 2025. The transaction includes transfer of the underlying 1.5% royalty, with consideration comprising 500k Rev Exploration shares.
