NASCO acquires remaining 20% W.I. in DBK Field, Arizona

German domiciled, US focused private helium E&P company NASCO will acquire the remaining 20% interest in the DBK field in Arizona. The acquisition will make NASCO the sole 100% working interest (WI) owner in the field. Concurrent with this acquisition NASCO has also increased its WI position in the Boundary Butte Field in Utah from 75% from 60%. Along with the increase in ownership in the fields, NASCO also now controls 100% of the operating company Capitol Operating Group, LLC. The discounted value of the minimum purchase contracts is >€200mm.
