Mosman Oil and Gas plans to list its Australian helium assets in London, following a strategic review. Mosman has two blocks in the Amadeus basin, one of which, EP (A) 155 was supposed to be farmed out to Georgina Helium, which was also intending to IPO in London but this has not taken place. The company is in discussions with Chinese groups about future offtakes at one of the licences, and expects the listing to be completed by Q4'23. Mosman's chairman, John Barr, stated that a separate listing for the Australian assets would maximize value for shareholders. Interest in the Amadeus basin is picking up with Peak, Central and Santos due to drilll around year-end. Mosman is also working with former HeliumOne CEO David Minchin.
