Mosman Oil and Gas has agreed to sell its interests in Nadsoilco for up to US$1.75mm to RCM Tech Solutions. The assets include leases in Polk County, Texas, where Mosman is transferring ~13% working interest to Nadsoil. This sale includes a US$1mm cash payment at and potential additional payments of US$250k per annum from 2025 to 2027, contingent on achieving an oil production rate of over 250bbl/d. The sale will allow Mosman to refocus its resources towards expanding helium exploration initiatives, such as the Vecta Helium Project in Colorado which in which it recently acquired a minority stake and EP 145 in Australia.
