Mosman Oil and Gas raised £250,000 (before expenses) through an equity raise by issuing 2bn shares at a price of GBP 0.0125p/share. The net proceeds will be used for projects in the US and also to sustain operating expenses for its helium exploration lease, EP145 in Australia until the Greenvale farm-in is completed and funds are processed.
