Mosman Inks Helium Offtake Agreement with Chinese firms

Mosman Oil and Gas entered a non-binding Heads of Agreement (HOA) for potential helium offtake from its exploration block, EP 145, in Australia's Amadeus Basin. The agreement establishes a framework between Mosman, Fullcyro, and Beltway, outlining the purchase of 80% of the liquid helium production, equipment provision, and potential financial support. However, formal agreements for EPC, finance, and offtake are yet to be determined and will depend on further exploration, reserve estimation, production planning, and regulatory approvals.
