Mosman Oil and Gas acquired an additional 10% working interest in the Vecta Helium Project in Las Animas County, Colorado, raising its total stake to 20%. The project, now expanded to 51k acres, includes five identified helium prospects, with drilling set for 2024. The acquisition, valued at ~US$587k, was paid through the issuance of 650mm shares. Mosman will fund its share of the exploration costs, totalling around ~US$1.26mm, from cash reserves and the share issuance.
