Mosman Increases Stake in Billy Goat Helium Lease Ahead of Drilling

Mosman Oil and Gas increased its working interest from 20% to 90% in the Billy Goat lease area in Las Animas County, Colorado, in exchange for funding 100% of the exploration well, with costs estimated under US$200k.
