Mosman Oil and Gas plans on pursuing a separate stock market listing in London for its Australian assets, including the EP 145 permit and the EP(A) 155 exploration permit application. Mosman has appointed SRK (Australia) to conduct an independent review of the permits and is in the process of modifying the corporate structure of its subsidiaries to facilitate the IPO of the Australian assets. Additionally, Mosman is monitoring the activities of other ventures in the Amadeus Basin (e.g., Peak, Central and Santos drilling) and has sought a further 12-month extension for the work programme. The eventual transaction and further developments are subject to shareholder approval.
