Messer acknowledges that it is the highest bidder for the two lots of Federal helium assets auctioned by the General Services Administration (GSA) on January 25, 2024. Messer was the sole bidder for Lot #1 (the 1bcf of crude helium), and the highest bidder for Lot #2 (the Federal Helium assets) alongside the only other bidder, Lazarus Energy Holdings. The GSA has 130 days to make a decision to finalise the sale.
