Mendell Helium Converts £10k CLNs into 350k Shares

Mendell Helium announced conversion of £10k in convertible loan notes (CLNs) into 350k new shares at a price of 3p/sh (a 20% discount to the previous closing price), and including a 5% fee settled in shares. Following this conversion, £290k of CLNs remain outstanding.
