Mendell Finally Acquires M3 Helium and Raises £5mm

Mendell Helium has finally exercised its option to acquire M3 Helium after ~22 months from when the option was initially acquired in June 2024, and has raised £5mm through a placing of 125mm new ordinary shares at 4p/sh (~35% discount to previous close).
