M3 Helium confirmed a helium discovery with a concentration of 4.8% at its Fort Dodge site in Kansas, USA. During operations in Jun'24, gas sampling revealed the presence of 85% nitrogen and 6% methane but with a low raw gas production rate of 47mcf/d implying 810mcf/y of helium if there was no decline. The flow rate has been clarified from an earlier announcement that suggested a rate as high as 2,900 mcf/d. Following its proposed merger with Voyager Life, M3 Helium anticipates access to the capital necessary to expand its operations in the upcoming months.
