Longhorn Exploration Completes Natural H2 Acquisition in Kansas

Longhorn Exploration, a Canada-based mining company, completed the previously announced acquisition of rights from PureWave Hydrogen, a Colorado based natural hydrogen company, to explore and potentially produce hydrogen on 520 acres in Kansas, known as the Lily Rock Hydrogen Project. This followed the closure of a private placement, raising C$883k through the sale of 8.8mm shares. The initiative, supported by new board members from PureWave Hydrogen, positions Longhorn to advance in the burgeoning natural hydrogen sector, leveraging geological opportunities in the Mid-Continent Rift Zone where companies such as HyTerra and Koloma are also exploring.
