Iwatani Corp Acquires Aspen Air US to Enter US Industrial Gas Market

Iwatani Corporation of America has acquired Aspen Air US, a leading manufacturer and distributor of bulk liquid industrial gases in Montana and the surrounding States. Post acquisition, the company has broadened its business platform over the past few years to include four new business segments including helium. This is another deal where a larger industrial gas company has snapped up a smaller distributor and follows the completion of Linde's acquisition of nexAir. Distributor AGP is also up for sale.
