The unverified picture below is showing a Russian ISO container of helium on a truck in China. It is unclear where in Russia this helium would have originated from given the outage at the Amur helium plant, although Gazprom's existing helium plant at Orenburg does sell liquid helium. Our data does show China importing helium from Russia in May 2022 (see chart at bottom).
