Imperial Helium Closes C$0.7mm Seed Equity Financing Round

Imperial Helium has completed its seed funding to place equity worth ~CAD 700,000. The net proceeds will be used for granular analysis of Imperial's helium property. Imperial will be looking to progress to asset acquisition by 4Q2020 and list on complete an IPO financing in 1Q 2021.
