HZB Launches Europe's First Superconducting X-Ray Spectrometer Using Helium

Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin, a research centre for energy materials, switched on Europe's first superconducting TES-array X-ray spectrometer at its BESSY II research facility, making it only the sixth such instrument in the world.
