HyTerra completed its fully underwritten pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue, closing on 29 April 2024, to raise ~A$5.24mm. The offering allowed eligible shareholders to purchase four new shares for every nine they held at a price of A$0.018/sh. Although the company raised A$1.95mm falling short of its target, a significant number of shares remain under the shortfall, with 183mm new shares still available. The new shares will be issued on 6 May 2024, and the company, along with RM Corporate Finance, the underwriter, will determine the allocation of the remaining shares. The company's shares have fallen 17% since the news (as of 7th May 2024) to A$0.019/sh.
