HyTerra Completes Fortescue Investment and Updates on Nemaha and Geneva Projects

HyTerra successfully completed the A$21.9mm (~US$15mm) investment by Fortescue for a ~40% stake in the company, leading to the issuance of shares and options which will fully fund the initial exploration phase of the Nemaha Project in Kansas.
