HyTerra Appoints New CFO

HyTerra appointed Mr. Arron Canicais as the new Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, effective 17 June 2024. Mr. Canicais brings extensive experience in finance across various sectors and is an associate of both the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Concurrently, the company announced the resignation of Hannah Cabatit from the Company Secretary position as of the same date.
