HEVI-NAH Spud Third Well but NAH exits McCord area

Helium Evolution announced that its farm-in partner, North American Helium has spudded the third farmout well (12-11-05-10W3) on Block 1 in Mankota but has chosen not to select a drilling location in the McCord area, releasing HEVI's 5.6mm acres of land. NAH remains committed to spudding at least five wells on HEVI lands as part of the ongoing farm-out agreement, Saskatchewan. HEVI retains a 20% working interest in the wells, providing financial flexibility and capital conservation for the company's independent development program.
