After 5 unsuccessful wells together, HEVI and NAH completed drilling and casing of Joint Well #1 in Mankota, Saskatchewan, confirming the presence of helium and are assessing the commercial potential. Additionally, they have suspended Test Well #4 but retain the option to re-enter it. Furthermore, NAH is set to spud Test Well Area #1 in Mankota on or before November 1, 2023, subject to surface conditions, with HEVI maintaining a 20% working interest. When HEVI announced spudding of the well, the share price jumped 17% in one day, and further by 22% to C$0.17/sh when it encountered helium. However, YTD, the share is still down 24%.
