Helium Ventures Nears Acquisition of Vestigo Technologies

Helium Ventures has almost completed the due diligence process for its acquisition of software company Vestigo Technologies with no relation to the helium industry. The investment company intends to depart from the Aquis Exchange following the completion of the deal. The company has been unable to find a deal in the helium sector and has switched sectors and is expected to change its name following the deal. This leaves HeliumOne as the only listed pure-play helium company on the UK market.
