Helium Ventures to Acquire Vestigo Technologies

Helium Ventures has agreed to acquire Vestigo Technologies Ltd (“Trackimo”) which owns and distributes its advanced tracking software product, Trackimo and associated hardware business and intellectual property. The Company appears to be moving away from the helium business after being unable to secure a project which met its investment hurdles.
