Helium One raised £3mm (~US$4mm) through a placing of ~1bn shares at 0.29p/sh (~30% discount to the previous close) to fund development of the Galactica-Pegasus project in Colorado (50% interest) and the annual mining licence fee at Southern Rukwa in Tanzania.
