Helium One Global Raises US$8.5mm

Helium One raised gross proceeds of £6.8mm (~US$8.5mm) through a combination of a placing, a direct subscription, and a retail offer. The fundraising involved the issuance of 105mm shares at a price of GBP 6.0p/share, which was at a 9% discount [TS1] to the previous day’s closing price. The funds are going to be used for drilling a further prospect (Itumbula) immediately after the planned well at Tai-C.
