Helium One Board Changes: new Chairman and CFO

Helium One revealed changes to its Board of Directors, with Robin Birchall and Russel Swarts stepping down and Graham Jacobs appointed as Financial and Commercial Director. Mr. James Smith has been appointed as Chairman, succeeding Ian Stalker, who steps down after 5 years. Helium One received a notice for exercising options over a total of 6mm ordinary shares. The company also issued 56,638 ordinary shares to a service provider in lieu of cash payment.
