Helium One and Noble Helium Enter Cooperation Agreement

Helium One entered into a co-operation agreement with Noble Helium to source a suitable drilling rig and associated services for their upcoming drilling campaign, expected in Q3'23. Additionally, newly appointed CEO Lorna Blaisse has been appointed to the Board of Helium One as an Executive Director.
