Helium Evolution C$8.5 mm raise & farmout to North American Helium

Saskatchewan focused Helium Evolution (HEVI) has entered into a farmout agreement with the largest private helium company North American Helium (NAH), in which NAH will drill a total of five wells, incurring 100% of the drill expenditures to gain 80% ownership, on three predetermined blocks of land in Saskatchewan spanning ~2.3 million acres. NAH will also subscribe for 8.75mm Units for total gross proceeds of C$3.5mm as part of a total equity raise of C$8.5mm at C$0.4/sh plus a warrants.
