Helium Balloon used to Launch Cubesat

A helium-filled balloon fitted with a Global Positioning System called Cubesat, was used to launch the satellite into the atmosphere from a school in the Indian city of Chennai. The system is developed to study air pressure, temperature variations and gases in the atmosphere.
