Helium Accumulation in China’s Hetianhe Gas Field

Researchers have confirmed the Hetianhe gas field in the Tarim Basin, in China’s Xinjiang region, houses the country’s first supergiant helium-rich resource, with concentrations between 0.27% and 0.42% in natural gas reservoirs.
