Grand Gulf Increases Interest in Red Helium Project

Grand Gulf Energy Ltd announced that, pursuant to exploration and appraisal activities conducted in compliance with the Red Helium project Operating Agreement (OA) executed with partners Four Corners Helium (FCH), the Company has increased its working interest in the project (through incorporated joint venture company Valence Resources LLC (Valence)) by 5.5%, bringing the Company’s current total project working interest to 83%.
