Grand Gulf Energy appointed Yann Cherruau as a Non-Executive Director, effective 31 October 2024. With over 20 years of international experience in energy, mining, and business development across regions like Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, Cherruau brings expertise in stakeholder management and strategic growth. The company also announced the resignation of CEO Dane Lance, effective 22 October 2024. GGE has struggled to progress the appraisal and development of its Red Helium project.
