Gold Hydrogen has raised ~US$5.6mm via a placement cornerstoned by a A$4mm commitment from Eric Sprott, issuing ~18mm shares at A$0.44 (~15% discount to the previous close) with one option for every two shares, at a strike of A$0.66 within 24 months, which could bring in a further ~A$6mm.
