Global Helium announced a seismic review option agreement with North American Helium (NAH), aiming to advance its Saskatchewan land base. This partnership allows NAH to review Global Helium's seismic data and decide by October 1, 2024, whether to drill a test well, terminate the option, or survey additional seismic data with further drilling rights. If a test well is drilled, NAH will secure an 80% working interest, with an option to double the land earned if done by December 30, 2024. This collaboration leverages NAH's industry expertise and financial backing to expedite the development of Saskatchewan helium assets while also advancing Global Helium's Manyberries project in Alberta.
