Global Helium Confirms 0.6-0.7% Helium in Southeast Alberta

Global Helium successfully drilled the 10-08 well in Southeast Alberta, confirming it as a commercially viable helium source, with raw gas production rates of 4.1mmcf/d and helium concentrations between 0.56% and 0.68%. Pressure transient analysis indicated an expansive and productive reservoir. This implies helium production of ~10mmcf/y from the 10-08 well, which is a second commercially viable opportunity. Additionally, the company expanded its helium exploration footprint by acquiring land in Northern Alberta and following a seismic review agreement with North American Helium, Global will be fully carried for an exploration well in Saskatchewan in Q3'24, with Global Helium retaining a 20% interest.
