Global Helium Closes Second Tranche of C$405k Placement

Global Helium has completed the second tranche of its private placement, raising C$405k. The offering involved issuing 1.6mm series B preferred shares at US$0.185/sh, which carry a 10% dividend until conversion or the fifth anniversary. Net proceeds will fund the company's drilling obligations for two helium wells by December 31, 2023 and for general corporate purposes.
